The HRTPO FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is being amended to account for the following changes:
1. Additional Public Participation Staff Support
UPWP revised to include funding support for the recently created Communications Manager position now providing support for the HRTPO work program as follows: (a) the budget for Task 4.0 – Public Participation has been increased by $62,000; and (b) the budget for Task 12.0 – HRTPO Contingency Funding has been reduced by $62,000.
These revisions are also included in updates to Tables C-E to account for the changes in funding.
